Job Summary
As a HUB/FMS Application Development Lead, you will provide development and project leadership for the enhancement, maintenance, and operation of the MMB HUB and SWIFT Oracle/PeopleSoft Financial Management (FMS) System. You will be responsible for providing team leadership for feasibility/upgrade studies, system designs, implementation and enhancement of the complex MMB HUB and SWIFT FMS System; providing advanced technical guidance, advice and assistance to state technical staff, state functional staff, and others as needed; performing advanced developer duties including system design, programming, testing, and troubleshooting; and providing expertise to other technical or functional groups as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
Candidates must clearly demonstrate all of the following qualifications in their resume:
This position requires a minimum of five (5) years of experience in an information technology role with primary responsibility for HUB and FMS development and application module issue resolution.
A Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field substitutes for three years of experience, OR a related Bachelor’s degree substitutes for two years, OR a related Associate’s substitutes for one year.
