Job Summary
Working as a Senior Systems Analyst for MNIT@MMB, you will provide leadership for the enhancement, maintenance, and operation of MMB's Information Systems. You will provide technical guidance, advice and assistance to other state agencies involved in the use of MMB's Information Systems. You will install, update, identify, diagnose and resolve complex software problems for the systems. You will serve as a senior consultant to multiple problem solving groups aimed at implementing these systems both within MMB and statewide. Minimum Qualifications:
Candidates must clearly demonstrate all of the following qualifications in their resume:
This position requires a minimum of five (5) years of systems administration experience.
Experience must include the following:
  • Extensive technical knowledge of PeopleTools
  • Experience with PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA)
  • Experience configuring and administrating integration broker
  • Extensive knowledge of technical administration concepts and procedures
A Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field substitutes for three years of experience, OR a related Bachelor’s degree substitutes for two years, OR a related Associate’s substitutes for one year.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Extensive technical knowledge of Oracle PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) or Financial Management System (FMS)
  • Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management (ELM), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Financial Management System (FMS), PORTAL and Interaction Hub (iHub) (POR)
  • Experience with Windows/Linux operating systems
  • Experience supporting mission critical application production systems
  • Experience with PeopleSoft Application Server and Process Server Domains
  • Extensive knowledge of computer systems concepts and the techniques of systems analysis.
  • Knowledge of database management administration concepts and procedures
  • Ability to mentor more junior members of team.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities; strong communication skills; ability to work independently, be proactive and accountable for own deliverables.
  • Creativity in developing resourceful solutions to deal with constantly changing information technologies.
  • Technical knowledge of AppWorx components.
  • Ability to estimate development costs.
  • Public Sector experience.
  • Ability to synthesize requirements into cost-justifiable system designs.
  • Ability to estimate development costs.
  • Ability to develop documents of requirements and design which communicate effectively to management, system users, and those responsible for development.
